Tastes like: Tangerine, Maple Syrup, Nutmeg
This coffee is crafted using the Red Honey process, where beans are dried with a significant amount of mucilage still attached, fostering a sweeter, more fruit-forward profile. Grown in the lush environments of Costa Rica, Red Honey process enhances the natural flavors, adding a subtle complexity and a delightful sweetness that echoes the region's natural energy. The result is a coffee with a rich body, vibrant fruity undertones, and a lingering, pleasant finish.
This coffee does not disappoint. Brew it up and it tastes full and sugary sweet with notes of a sweet tangerine and maple syrup. It has a nice hit of nutmeg that allows for a very interesting and versatile experience. Definitely a delicious cup.
