Our Mount Rwenzori coffee from Uganda is a unique and complex coffee with a distinctive fruity character that sets it apart from other coffees. The coffee is grown on protected soils, in the heart of a favorable microclimate, and under the natural shade of banana and plantain trees.
This results in a balanced coffee with a clean body, a bright and citric acidity reminiscent of pineapple and sweet notes of plum with a smooth cacao finish. We really like it as espresso as well as pour over.
